Password Database Import

Q: We also have an existing user database with BCrypt hashed passwords. How do I import those?

A: BCrypt import is quick and easy. We ask that you create the users ahead of time and be prepared to provide us with a CSV (or JSON) file with the AuthRocket user ID and the bcrypt hash. Just contact our support team when you are ready and we’ll coordinate everything with you.
