Q: If I choose to develop using AuthRocket, how locked-in will I be? Let’s say I decide later that I want to move everything in-house, would I be able to request all the data necessary to do so?
A: We provide nearly everything via the API today, with the exception of password hashes. If you decide to leave our service, just contact our support team and we’ll be happy to provide you with the password hashes too. We won’t lock you in.
While we live in perpetual hope that our service will be so awesome that nobody will ever leave, we know that won’t be 100% true. :) We’re committed to treating people right, and since we’d want someone else to give us our data if we were leaving, we’ll absolutely do the same for you.
